If your order contains a variety of products, the items may be shipped separately.


If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at with your name and order number.  

Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to cancel or change it.

 We want your experience with us to be the best possible! So, if you don’t receive your items on time, we’ll offer a full refund or reship.

We really hope you love what you buy! But if you don't, you have 30 days after receiving your package to return it.

Contact us at with your order number and name of the product you want to return. 

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We'll provide you the right address. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. 


We care about quality, but problems sometimes happen!

In case the item is not as described or arrive faulty/damaged, you also have 30 days to contact us and ask for a full refund or replacement.

Just e-mail us at with your order number and pictures showing the problem. 


Once your request is received, we will analyze it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 


In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country.

In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.
